This Position reports to:

Your Role and Responsibilities

In this position providing administrative support to the purchasing department, you will use your precision in data processing and ensure the smooth operation of daily purchasing processes.

This position is a maternity/parental leave replacement.

• Performing supporting activities of operational purchasing, assisting in the implementation of standard purchasing processes, and maintaining up-to-date data in purchasing systems
• Ensuring the company’s indirect purchasing
• Responsibility for purchasing and maintaining records of company mobile phones, small company assets, and management of company credit cards
• Controlling and updating data on suppliers, price lists, and contracts
• Complete administrative management of the company car fleet

Qualifications for the Role

• Experience in purchasing, customer service, or administration
• Secondary/University education
• Communicative knowledge of Czech/Slovak (native level)
• English language at an intermediate level
• User-level knowledge of working with a PC – MS Office, SAP is an advantage
• Responsibility, reliability, independence, and good communication skills

Salary conditions: € 1,300 gross + variable bonus. The stated amount represents the minimum guaranteed base salary for this position. The actual base salary will be adjusted based on your expertise, abilities, experience, and other individual characteristics.
