ABB Motion provides pioneering technology, products, solutions and related services to
industrial customers to increase energy efficiency, improve safety and reliability, and maintain precise control over processes. The portfolio includes motors, generators and drives for a wide range of applications in all industrial sectors.

Drives service sales process in collaboration with the Service Sales Manager. Generates service sales opportunities and secures profitable sales within the designated area(s). Focuses on Installed Base (IB) penetration (IB) and sells the entire Service product portfolio in collaboration with other ABB service units. Builds long-term customer relationships and ensures immediate response to specific customer needs and issues.

• Offering technical advice and solutions on inquiries from customers, channels, and Sales Specialists about ABB products, systems, and applications; and performing analytic and diagnostic studies to determine the optimal technical solution to meet customer needs and address complex inquiries.
• Responsible for developing technically competitive solutions for motor and generator base services with modernization offerings, analyzing ABB’s motor and generator installed base in Saudi Arabia to propose maintenance programs.
• Developing and maintaining new sales opportunities, resolving specific customer problems, and ensuring achievement of targets on orders, Net Price Variance (NPV), and Net Promoter Score (NPS).
• Ensuring the achievement of budget goals—including volume targets and profitable growth—across all assigned product groups and in the respective countries.
• Tracking pipeline for motor service business and working on innovative ways to improve hit rate and solution offerings
• Visiting customers and collaborate with sales for solution sales related to motor services
• Having complete understanding of Saudi Arabia market and position winning solutions to customers

Qualifications for the Role

• You are engaged in Motion service tools and the growing market in Saudi Arabia, with over 10 years of experience in the motor service field, possessing enhanced knowledge of motor sizing, motor field service, and motor maintenance.
• You are passionate about sales, technical solutions, energy efficiency, and decarbonization, and hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering with a demonstrated track record and extensive knowledge of motor services and workshop services for motors.
• You are at ease communicating in English, with Arabic as a plus, and you hold a valid work permit in Saudi Arabia; you are knowledgeable in Motsize, vibration solutions, motor internal parts, motor preventive maintenance, motor design, motor engineering, and motor applications.
• You are an expert in Salesforce CRM tools and Microsoft Office, with experience in delivering technical presentations at sites related to motors.
