This Position reports to:

Service Project Management Manager


Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to collaborate in conjunction with the Sales organization and customers throughout the proposal process by preparing technical descriptions of the applied products and technology. Each day, you will determine costs, prepare final documentation, and serve as a key technical resource in the assigned area. You will also showcase your expertise by performing lost proposal analysis, identifying potential cause, and recommending future actions.

The work model for the role is: #onsite
This role is contributing to the Low Voltage and Medium Voltage in Thailand.
You will be mainly accountable for:
  • Supporting the local Sales organization and customers in determining the most technically appropriate and cost-effective solutions and in the preparation of demanding offers.
  • Preparing / supporting in the preparation of technical/commercial offers based on customer specification requirements, local business/feeder factory indications, and Sales organization directives.
  • Analyzing customer needs and competitor offers through information from general market and the Sales organization.
  • Defining cost for the proposed solution and communicates it to the Sales organization
Qualifications for the role
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in tendering, estimating, or bid preparation within a technical or engineering environment.
  • Proven ability to formulate competitive bids, estimates, and quotations by analyzing product mix and technical/commercial requirements.
  • Understanding of cost estimation, pricing strategies, and financial modeling. Familiarity with industry standards and tendering procedures.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in documentation and cost analysis.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize tasks.
