This Position reports to:

Service Sales Manager


Your Role and Responsibilities

- Work model: Onsite

  • Protect, Maintain & develop ABB Install base and build good relationships with customers (i.e. solid CRM, Account Management locally) in responsible area
  • Keep continuous Order growth and margin improvement basing on IB management, customer relationship and service & digital solutions
  • In collaboration with the Service Sales Manager and/or Service Manager, implements service sales strategy/business initiatives and makes in-time feedback in related systems/tools.
  • Contributes to risk assessments related to price and quality. Registers required information into the appropriate customer database. Ensures technical reliability, safety and cost-effective solutions to satisfy customer’s needs. Complies with health and safety directives.
  • Acts as a marketer/promote of ABB’s service products and solutions during marketing activities (e.g. trade fairs, exhibitions, conferences, customer meetings & workshops). Translates the needs of customers into relevant ABB Service offerings and solutions, aiming for new customers & needs mining.

Qualifications for the Role:

  • Education, bachelor’s degree in science and technology, preferably with OGC, Power, pharmacy industry background.
  • Experience, >3 years Automation (DCS/SIS/PLC controlling area is preferred) or Digital business sales experience in industry. Further it will be better if Service experiences and relevant market resources in hand.
  • Know automation, electric technology well, preferable with control systems, or electric products knowhow like converter, motor or Switchgear.
  • Accept continues travels, urgent responses and multitasking challenges
  • Aggressive, creative, willing to learn; collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and strong communication skills.
  • Fluent in English both in Written and Oral
