This Position reports to:
Service Manager - TractionIn this role, you will have the opportunity to lead customer interaction & ASP movement control for different sites support and additional loco failure outside from Railway maintenance shed and leading service team across India.

This role is contributing to the Motion business for Traction division based in Faridabad or Bangalore, India:
Your role and responsibilities:
- Providing support or guiding ASP to prepare joint notes/MOM and same has been consolidated.
- Provide support to ASP regarding testing of newly received software performance and coordination with Zonal railway ground level official (SSE, ADEE or DEE, Sr DEE).
- Follow-up AMC and Spare payment from customer. Daily follow up with ASP and site engineer regarding breakdown and highlighted issues i.e punctuality lost or line blocking.
- Consolidation of Quality issues data and sharing to another stake holder and define action plan to implementation in filed.
- Hardware/software issues data re-consolidation. Safety Material stock Reconciliation at site. Monthly updating of MOM RDSO and zonal Railway.
- Leading and attending all reliability meetings i.e railway board, RDSO, production unit and zonal railway.
- Verification & Approval of Work sheet of ASP through Zonal members & monthly service invoice checking, consolidation data and preparing details to transfer cost to respective project.
- Weekly reviewing complaints which are reported in Console. Responsible for closing warranty complaints on UDM portal. Preparing presentation of shed failure and attending failure review meeting of shed.
Qualifications for the role:
- Degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering OR E&E (Electrical Engineering) completed by recognized University and good understanding of electrical Schematic, logic and controls.
- Team leading capability and experience of 7 to 10 years of 3 phase electric locomotives products Services.
- Demonstrable expertise in Troubleshooting of rolling stock Equipment’s, fault finding analysis in terms of drive train (preferably IR 3 phase Electric locomotives, Conventional Electric locomotives, EMU and Metro will be added advantage).
- Expertise in Troubleshooting of IGBT based Propulsion system as well as Auxiliary, Battery charger and Propulsion of EMU and metros.
- Good understanding of electrical installations in rail vehicles (Knowledge on Electrical Locomotive/EMU/Metro is an advantage)
- A Well-structured approach to problem solving and ability to learn fast. Ability to work effectively in close collaboration with multidisciplinary team’s internal stake holder
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi both written and spoken, other languages are an advantage.
