This Position reports to:
IS Service Owner Manage & Document
In this role, you will have the opportunity to own software solution architecture across multiple architecture categories and ensure its alignment with enterprise and data architecture standards. Each day, you will be responsible for the design and build, integrity, and quality of an Information Systems (IS) solution and associated IS services delivered to business. You will also showcase your expertise by consulting, advising, and supporting on the installation of new IS solutions/services, or changing existing IS solutions/services.

You will be mainly accountable for:
- Ensuring that the IS solutions/services provide the required functionality, meet the expectations of business and are reliable, maintainable, compliant, and auditable.
- Lead or support the implementation of Atlassian solutions, including migrations, integrations, and customizations.
- Contributing to IS problem and incident management by identifying and eliminating the reoccurring defects.
- Design and manage integrations between Atlassian tools and other enterprise systems
- Defining the technical IS solution and ensuring alignment with other modules and surrounding IS applications through cooperation and collaboration among IS solution architects and IS delivery units.
Qualifications for the role
- You are highly skilled in working with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket) and Agile/DevOps methodologies, and you enjoy operating within the enterprise software and IT services market.
- You have 5+ years of experience in enterprise-level solution architecture, preferably working as an Atlassian Administrator or Architect with cloud and on-premise deployments.
- You possess an enhanced knowledge of Atlassian Cloud, Data Center, and integration platforms such as REST APIs, ScriptRunner, and third-party connectors.
- You are passionate about problem-solving and captivated by process optimization, stakeholder collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- You have a demonstrated track record in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, with a degree or equivalent professional qualification.
- You are at ease communicating in English (spoken and written); additional language skills are a plus.
- You hold current work authorization valid in Poland and the EU, and are eligible to work on client projects across these regions.
