This Position reports to:

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead and optimize warehouse operations for electrical and electromechanical products. Each day, you will coordinate workflows, supervise teams, and ensure the accuracy and efficiency of inventory and dispatch processes. You will also showcase your expertise by maintaining high standards in safety, compliance, and team performance.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Coding and preparing proper receipt/dispatch paperwork.
• Ensuring maintenance of equipment and facilities, and recommending technical improvements.
• Optimizing warehouse capacity, inventory, and floor utilization.
• Supervising and assisting in daily warehouse and shipping operations.
• Recommending measures to improve service quality and departmental efficiency.
• Conducting periodic stock takes and cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy.
• Motivating and organizing teams to meet productivity and KPI targets.

Qualifications for the role:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably with electrical or electromechanical products.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems; SAP experience is a significant advantage.
• Proven ability to manage and motivate teams effectively.
• Electrical engineering or other technical degree is a strong asset.
• Experience in warehousing for electrical products is highly desirable.
• Fluent in Greek and English
