This Position reports to:
Project Manager
ABB is looking for a new colleague to join the Modular Systems unit within the Project Department as a Group Leader – Project Support (PS).
This role combines the typical responsibilities of a PS position with leading a small team of colleagues within project management support.
We are looking for someone who is not afraid to take responsibility, has strong organizational skills, and maintains a hands-on approach to daily operations.

This role is contributing to the Global Solutions Execution center.
You will be mainly accountable for:
Leading a small team of PS specialists (approximately 5–6 people)
Direct support to the project team
Managing orders and invoicing in SAP
Handling logistics (including export, transport of dangerous and oversized goods)
Preparing shipping documents (packing list, CMR, commercial invoice)
Document controlling – preparation and administration of project documentation
Coordinating project activities across departments (engineering, design, procurement)
Communicating with suppliers, carriers, and internal stakeholders
Reporting invoicing forecasts to the line manager
Cooperating with project management and divisional leadership
Qualifications for the role
Secondary or university education in economics or a technical field
User knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint)
Experience in a similar position is an advantage
Experience with SAP is an advantage
English level: upper B1 to B2
Knowledge of Czech or Slovak is required
Independence, responsibility, and critical thinking with strong attention to detail
Ability to proactively solve and prevent problems
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Willingness to travel
