Your role and responsibilities
The Automation Solution Engineer is a role in the field of process and system automation. This engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing automation solutions that enhance the efficiency and productivity of the organization.
The work model for the role is: onsite
This role is contributing to the Process Automation in Ostrava
You will be mainly accountable for:
Requirement Analysis: Collaborating with business and technical teams to understand their needs and identify efficient engineering workflow.
Solution Design: Creating architectures for future automation workflow on projects, including the selection of appropriate tools and technologies.
Implementation: Support implementation teams in the development and deployment of automation workflow solutions, ensuring adherence to established standards and procedures.
Training and Support: Providing training and support to users of automation engineering workflows, ensuring their proper use and maximum utilization.
Qualifications for the role
Education: A bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
Technical Skills: MATLAB/Simulink, PLC programing
Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with various teams and present technical concepts clearly

Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze complex problems and propose effective solutions.
Innovativeness: Ability to come up with new ideas and approaches to automation.
