This Position reports to:
Cluster Manager (AU/ZA/SEA) and LBL Manager (AU) - Mining & Materials
Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for the sales of products/systems/services within a designated market/division, in line with the division strategy. Each day, you will achieve both qualitative and quantitative sales targets to ensure sustainable order growth, revenues, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction. You will also showcase your expertise by identifying and developing new sales opportunities.

This role is contributing to the Hoisting business within the Mining & Materials Business line in Australia. Main stakeholders are operations team, global hoisting business unit, services and central functions
You will be mainly accountable for:
Hoisting sales volume and profitability within Australia and supporting Indonesia.
Ensuring the benefits of a hoist solution is positioned at end users, consultants/EPC's and in various trade off studies.
Negotiating contracts with end users including price, commercial terms and legal T&C's.
Ensuring efficient marketing activities and communicates value proposition to customers.
Identifying and driving the development of new market opportunities in the designated market.
Managing administrative procedures in sales processes and supports cash collection and project management activities, when needed.

Qualifications for the role
You are engaged member of the mining market and have a passion to provide solutions with over 10+ years experience
Understand of the mining CAPEX cycle
Experience dealing with complex large organizations (Tier 1 / Tier 2)
Mining Industry experience and networking will be advantageous
Significant sales drive focus and energy to achieve and close profitable deals.
Strong Understanding of sales processes and related tools
Knowledge of customer-service principles and practices including a demonstrated responsibility for and ownership of customer issues.
A high level of self-motivation, curiosity and desire to learn.
A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and strong communication skills.
Exposure to Salesforce or knowledge of is advantageous
