Your role and responsibilities

We are currently looking for a new skilled colleague who can assist ABB in continuing to develop future solutions and thus remain actively engaged in the energy revolution. You will be part of a small but well-established team in Esbjerg, supporting our external sales team and customers with measurement and analysis instruments. The role is a maternity cover starting January 2026 and ending 28 February 2027, with the possibility of extension. You will work closely with colleagues in Denmark, Norway, and our Business Line Manager in Holland. Fluency in English and Danish is required, and an interest in digital systems is beneficial.

Your responsibilities will include

  • Support external sales representatives with customer inquiries and orders

  • Coordinate with factories in Europe, China, and the USA regarding product availability

  • Ensure high-quality customer service and maintain positive relationships

  • Handle administrative tasks related to sales support

  • Collaborate with international colleagues and teams

  • Assist in digitalizing workflows and improving processes

  • Manage documentation and follow-up on deliveries

  • Participate in onboarding and training during the transition period



Qualifications for the role

  • Experience in customer service or sales support

  • Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken

  • Ability to collaborate across teams and borders

  • Interest in digital tools and systems

  • Organized and responsible in task management

  • Positive and outgoing personality

  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment

You will have a fixed base in our office in Esbjerg, where your close colleagues are also based. We also offer the possibility of working from home a few days a week.
