Your role and responsibilities
In the second half of 2026, the role will be extended to Country HR Lead Manager role (20 % of time), in this role the reporting line is to Country Lead Manager
The work model for the role is: onsite
This role is contributing to the ELDS division in Brno.
You will be mainly accountable for:
Lead the design and execution of a people strategy that drives engagement, collaboration, and a unified “One HR” culture across the business.
Act as a strategic HR partner for the ELDS Brno management team, focusing on employee growth, well-being, and active participation in business initiatives.
Partner with the wider HR organization to deliver data-driven, best-practice solutions that align with enterprise goals.
Support and lead organizational change initiatives, fostering agility, openness, and responsiveness to evolving business and customer needs.
Champion Diversity, Equity & Inclusion through creative organizational design, communication, and development opportunities.
Coach and empower managers and employees, driving talent development, succession planning, and continuous learning to build a high-performing workforce.
Ensure strong employee relations, compliance, and continuous improvement of people processes to enhance engagement and overall employee experience.
Oversee the implementation of HR strategies, policies, and tools, including culture, talent acquisition, workforce planning, D&I, L&D, performance management, compensation and benefits, and mobility.
Qualifications for the role
High school or University degree, Human Resource Management, Psychology, or any related field
7+ years of progressive international HR experience, ideally in a manufacturing or operations environment.
Proven success in HR leadership or business partner roles, with experience influencing senior leaders and driving initiatives in a matrix organization.
Strong expertise in Organization Design, Talent Management, Change Leadership, and Organizational Development.
Solid understanding of Czech labor law and the ability to advise management in complex employee relations situations.
Strong project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills; able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills, with an empathetic and collaborative approach.
Fluency in Czech and advanced English communication skills.
