This Position reports to:

Health, Safety and Environment Manager


Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to improving Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) performance in your assigned area of responsibility to cultivate a high-performance culture with a strong focus on QHSE. Each day, you will support the business by applying in-depth knowledge and offering solutions and advice. You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring effective risk management through QHSE excellence along the ABB value chain.

The work model for the role is: Onsite #LIOnsite

This role is contributing to ABB operations in Lithuania for sales, project and service businesses.

You will be mainly accountable for:

  • Facilitating, assisting, and providing guidance on incident investigations to learn better ways for mitigating risks.

  • Develop and deploy Quality strategies aligned with ABB and external standards to enhance quality and operational performance.

  • Support business objectives by setting, tracking, and analyzing QHSE targets, identifying deviations, and implementing improvements.

  • Maintain robust management systems and ensure compliance with Quality, Health & Safety, Environmental, and Wellbeing standards.

  • Drive risk management, regulatory compliance, and behavioral change programs that strengthen ABB’s proactive safety and quality culture.

  • Supporting and driving behavioral change through the local implementation of group-wide and business-specific performance improvement programs and practices.



Qualifications for the role

  • Have established experience in Quality, Health, Safety & Environment.

  • Hold required certification to be a safety specialist as per Lithuanian legislation.

  • Have knowledge of Lithuanian Health, Safety & Environment legislation.

  • Fluency in Lithuanian and English allows seamless collaboration across teams and markets

  • Knowledge of electrical safety practices is beneficial.

  • Demonstrable leadership capabilities with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset

  • Passion for driving improvement, innovation, and positive change across operations


While the final salary is based on the successful applicant’s qualifications and experience, it starts at 3250 EUR.
