This Position reports to:
Associate Project ManagerYour role and responsibilities (Mandatory)
In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead planning, scheduling, and cost control efforts for all project phases of individual delivery for small to medium size projects. Each day, you will maintain and analyze actual and forecasted schedules, costs, revenues, cash in/out, as well as risks and opportunities. You will also showcase your expertise by monitoring, reporting, and managing deviations proactively.

This role is contributing to the Robotics & Discrete Automation in Bangalore, India in project work.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Supervising project execution and performance with well-managed Ordering, Dispatch Track, Site Support work.
- Analyzing project requirements and checking that all essential work activities have been identified in sufficient detail to serve as a basis for developing realistic project schedules.
- Monitoring project progress and regularly analyzing project critical paths to ensure all critical path activities and project milestones are progressed to the plan.
- Ensuring that the individual projects are closed as per contracts entered with customers.
Qualifications for the role
- Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related field)
- 3–5 years of experience in project planning and control within industrial robotics and automation environments
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SAP for planning, reporting, and documentation
- Skilled in soft communication, cross-functional coordination, and problem-solving in dynamic project settings
- Demonstrated ability to manage timelines, resources, and deliverables in automation projects
- Passionate about industrial robotics and automation, with a proactive and innovative mindset
- Comfortable communicating in English, Hindi, and other regional languages as needed for customer and team interactions
- Willingness to travel up to 75% for on-site project execution and customer engagement
