This Position reports to:
AR Team Lead
In this role, you will have the opportunity to support account receivables in line with defined strategies, policies, and procedures. Each day, you will be responsible for managing and analyzing accounts receivable data. You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with the relevant accounting standards.

You will be mainly accountable for:
- Processing Accounts Receivable transactions, such as cash application and internal trade payments, and ensuring accurate and timely reporting
- Conducting analyses and initiating the appropriate action as necessary
- Complying with and helping to achieve Internal Control over Financial Reporting compliance in Accounts Receivable for applicable templates
- Participating in internal control testing and preparing relevant documentation
- Collaborating closely with your customers and other relevant stakeholders to ensure that they stay informed; maximizing customer satisfaction
- Supporting the development and implementation of processes and driving improvement projects to increase efficiency and productivity of your team’s activities
- Acting as a functional mentor and helping junior colleagues grow
Qualifications for the role
- You are immersed in and highly skilled in Accounts Receivable processes, Finance Shared Services, and the global finance market.
- You have over 4 years of experience in Accounts Receivable roles, with established expertise in finance operations within Shared Services environments for international companies
- You hold a degree in Finance/Accounting and have a demonstrated track record in financial management and control.
- You are at ease communicating in business English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Portuguese fluency is required, and Spanish is considered a strong advantage (nice to have)
- You are highly adept in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and possess strong user knowledge of SAP
- You are passionate about process orientation and customer service excellence within Order-to-Cash operations, and you are innovative around problem solving, organization, and analytical thinking.
