This Position reports to:
Assistants Team Leader
In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide assistant support to senior leaders within our organization. Each day, you will perform complex administrative tasks, demonstrating your expertise by taking ownership of the delivery of specific business processes and programs.
The work model for the role is: hybrid
This role is contributing to the Senior Leaders based in Poland and globally
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Assisting the manager in all business-relevant administration tasks, such as compiling and verifying information, processing expense settlements, creating reports, presentations, organization charts updates. The role offers potential progression to executive-level support responsibilities commensurate with the candidate's experience.
- Organizing and managing business travel arrangements, providing support in visa application processes and handling conference registrations.
- Arranges and coordinates business-critical internal/external events at office and external venues, including conference room reservations, catering arrangements, guest registration and onboarding, and ensures effective communication with stakeholders.
- Ensuring sharing of knowledge and information to keep others informed and up to date.
- You are highly skilled in administrative support and enjoy working in a dynamic, international environment
- You possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative support or a similar position
- You are customer-focused with a positive, can-do attitude and strong ability to anticipate needs and deliver high-quality service
- You are enthusiastic about organizing business events and have proven experience in business travel management
- Degree in business administration, management or related field
- You are at ease communicating in Polish and English
