This Position reports to:

Assistants Team Leader


In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide assistant support to senior leaders within our organization. Each day, you will perform complex administrative tasks, demonstrating your expertise by taking ownership of the delivery of specific business processes and programs.

The work model for the role is: hybrid

This role is contributing to the Senior Leaders based in Poland

You will be mainly accountable for:
  • Assisting managers in business-relevant administration tasks, including compiling and verifying information, processing expense settlements and serving as the first point of contact for team members on process-related inquiries.
  • Organizing and managing business travel arrangements, providing support in visa application processes and handling conference registrations.
  • Arranges and coordinates business-critical internal/external events at office and external venues, including conference room reservations, catering arrangements, guest registration and onboarding, and ensures effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Ensuring sharing of knowledge and information to keep others informed and up to date.
Qualifications for the role:
  • You possess strong organizational abilities and are enthusiastic about working in a dynamic, international setting.
  • Previous administrative experience is a plus, but we welcome candidates with strong organizational skills and eagerness to learn.
  • You are customer-oriented with a positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and commitment to delivering quality service.
  • You are passionate about organizing business events and eager to develop your knowledge in business travel management.
  • Higher education degree required; background in business administration, management, or related field is preferred.
  • You are at ease communicating in Polish and English.
