This Position reports to:
Cluster Manager (AU/ZA/SEA) and LBL Manager (AU) - Mining & Materials
Your role and responsibilities
As an Executive Assistant (EA) you will provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, enabling them to focus on strategic priorities. You will act as a gatekeeper, point of contact and organiser, ensuring the executive’s time is optimised and operations run smoothly.

You will be mainly accountable for:
- Administrative Support – Manage calendars, meetings, travel, and confidential documentation.
- Meeting & Event Coordination – Organise venues, catering, agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
- Operational & Strategic Support – Prioritise communications, liaise with stakeholders, support budgeting and expenses, and assist with onboarding.
- Office Oversight – Ensure the Brisbane office runs smoothly, maintaining safety and efficiency.
- Special Projects – Lead cultural ambassador initiatives, support marketing and sales, represent executives when required, and coordinate volunteer programs.
Qualifications for the role
- You are highly skilled in working with administrative tools and methodologies.
- You can demonstrate 5+ years of experience in executive support, administration, or a related field.
- You are adept in Microsoft Office Suite, calendar management platforms, and travel booking systems.
- You are passionate about organisation and communication, and innovative in problem-solving and stakeholder engagement.
- You are confident and at ease communicating in English, both written and verbal.
- You hold a current Queensland driver’s licence.
