This Position reports to:
Production Supervisor
In this role, you will have the opportunity to support production process definition to ensure optimization of cost, quality, and on-time delivery of product. Each day, you will participate in the sequence definition, cycle time calculation, and analysis of the working phases of new production processes/products. You will also showcase your expertise by sharing cycle time data with internal teams.

This role is contributing to the {EL-ELDS-DSSWIT: Instrument Transformers & Sensors (ITS)} in {Xiamen, China}. Main stakeholders are {ELDS}.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Design and optimize production processes, develop work instructions, and conduct employee training.
- Analyze and resolve production issues to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Continuously improve product quality, manufacturing processes, and production technologies.
- Optimize product manufacturing processes to enhance production efficiency and quality.
- Design and follow up on tooling improvements for product enhancements.
- Participate in equipment introduction and technological upgrades.

Qualifications for the role
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Automation, or related fields.
- Proficiency in Office software, SolidWorks, and AutoCAD.
- Strong English listening, speaking, and writing skills.
- Excellent learning ability, communication skills, logical analysis capabilities, and strong stress tolerance.
