This Position reports to:
Country Finance Manager
ABB Robotics is looking for an administrative professional who will ensure smooth internal operations and support the team in daily activities.
Your responsibilites:
Your main responsibility will be order handling – managing orders, communicating with suppliers and customers, preparing delivery documentation, organizing transport, managing business cases in SAP, and preparing documents for invoicing.
You’ll keep the office running smoothly – welcoming visitors, handling calls, mail, and basic inquiries.
You’ll take care of administrative tasks: scanning and signing documents, ordering office supplies, managing small assets, and maintaining document records.
You’ll work with data in SAP/MDG – basic master data administration and asset records.
You’ll manage operational purchasing – overhead orders, administration of company phones, corporate cards, and supplier data.
You’ll be responsible for the fleet and all related administration.

What we expect from you:
University or secondary education, ideally in economics
Experience in a similar role is an advantage
Fluent Slovak
Intermediate English
Strong communication skills
Solid PC skills and confident use of MS Office
SAP knowledge is an advantage

Salary:
1,500 EUR/month gross + variable bonus.
The listed salary is the minimum guaranteed base salary for this position. The final amount will be adjusted according to your expertise, skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
