Job Summary

​We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Company Controller Analyst to join our finance team. This role will be responsible for managing key treasury and financial control activities, including foreign exchange hedging, bank guarantees, banking facilities, and export credit insurance. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in mitigating financial risks, optimizing banking relationships, and ensuring accurate general ledger and analytical reporting. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with banks and regulatory authorities.

Your Role and Responsibilities

Work model: onsite

​ Foreign Exchange (FX) Risk Management​

  • Develop and execute FX hedging dual to mitigate currency risk and manage exchange rate fluctuations.
  • Monitor foreign exchange exposure and provide regular updates to management.

Bank Guarantee Management​

  • Arrange and issue bank guarantees (e.g., performance bonds, advance payment guarantees) to secure trade and contractual obligations.
  • Maintain records of guaranteed issuance, renewals, and expirations.

Banking Facilities and Negotiation​

  • Manage banking facilities, including BAD and negotiate terms with banking partners to optimize costs and efficiency.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for banks and the State Administration of Foreign Exchange (SAFE).

Export Credit Insurance​

  • Secure and manage export credit insurance policies to mitigate non-payment risks for international transactions.
  • Ensure compliance with insurance requirements and handle claims as needed.

Financial Operations and Reporting​

  • Oversee online payment processing, ensuring real-time updates and accuracy.
  • Prepare and analyze treasury and financial reports to support decision-making.
  • Assist in general ledger activities, including reconciliations and month-end closing processes.

Compliance and Relationship Management​

  • Ensure adherence to internal policies and external regulations, including SAFE requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, insurers, and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications for the Role

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in treasury, financial control, or a similar role, with exposure to FX hedging, trade finance, or banking operations.
  • Familiarity with banking platforms, online payment systems, and export credit insurance processes.
  • Experience in managing relationships with banks and regulatory bodies (e.g., SAFE) is preferred.​
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and trends.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with proficiency in English and Mandarin.
  • Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
