Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will support ABB’s Robotics Sales, Customer Service, and internal stakeholders by ensuring our B2B digital platform Robotics One (one.abb.robotics.com) delivers accurate content, high‑quality product data, and a seamless user experience across the full ABB Robotics portfolio. You will align the platform with ABB’s digitalization strategy, ensuring consistent, data‑driven, and brand‑aligned customer touchpoints.

You will manage and optimize content, track KPIs, evaluate feedback, and collaborate with global teams to drive continuous improvements. As a key application and content specialist, you will ensure Robotics One reflects ABB’s complete product and service offering, supports end‑to‑end customer journeys, and enables self‑service and digital commerce adoption.

This role is contributing to the Robotics & Discrete Automation in Bangalore, India

You will be mainly accountable for:
  • Maintain and optimize content across the ABB Robotics portfolio—including products, spare parts, services, upgrades, software, and application packages—within the Robotics One CMS.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of portfolio listings by collaborating with Product Management, Customer Service, Marketing, IS, BPOs, Master Data, and other stakeholders.
  • Manage catalog structure and digital assets including metadata, availability data, localization, and AI-powered search tools (Coveo) to enhance findability and user experience.
  • Drive continuous improvements in data quality, product attributes, technical specifications, imagery, and KPIs through analytics, sentiment feedback, and e-commerce performance tracking.
  • Collaborate on platform governance and enhancements by supporting SEO/SEM initiatives, system integrations, testing, documentation, and ensuring Robotics One reflects ABB’s full product and service offering.

Qualifications for the role
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Digital Commerce, or a related field
  • 5–7 years of experience in e‑commerce, digital platform management, application support, or content/data operations in a B2B environment
  • Strong expertise in managing product and service catalogs, structured data, metadata, and digital assets with focus on data quality and consistency
  • Advanced experience with technologies such as SAP Commerce, Salesforce, Pardot, PIM systems, and Digital Asset Management (DAM) solutions
  • Proficiency in enterprise CMS platforms including SAP Commerce SmartEdit, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Sitecore, Contentful, or Drupal
  • Hands‑on experience with AI‑powered search tools (ideally Coveo), including search analytics, relevance tuning, facet management, and query optimization
  • Skilled in analytics tools such as GA4, Adobe Analytics, Power BI, or similar, with ability to translate insights into actionable improvements
  • Familiarity with UX principles, usability testing, and customer journey mapping to drive user satisfaction and platform efficiency
