Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the processes in maintaining and preserving the efficiency of all equipment, production lines, and/or facilities, resulting in the optimization of technical and financial resources. Each day, you will oversee execution of ordinary and extraordinary maintenance of equipment, production lines, and/or facilities. You will also showcase your expertise by managing and updating technical documentation of equipment, production lines, and/or facilities.
This role is contributing to the EL Smart Power business in Xiamen, China.
You will be mainly accountable for:

This role is contributing to the EL Smart Power business in Xiamen, China.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- 制订设备年度保养计划并指导维修技术员实施保养，提高设备运行的稳定心，效率和安全性。
- 支援各班次轮班的维修技术员对生产线工装设备的及时修复以减少停机时间，主要包括机械、电气、PLC程序和labview软件方面的故障；
- 对维修技术员进行技术指导和培训，持续提高维修技术员的设备维修能力；
- 指导维修技术员对生产线员工进行的设备的操作、日常维护点检，简易设备问题处理及安全等培训；
- 主导生产线设备开机率的分析与改进项目，TPM 相关活动，以及完善优化生产线设备的维护工作；
- 解决设备的技术疑难问题，使设备运行达到更高的绩效；
- 负责区域内的设备改造优化项目、各类项目中设备任务、以及单机设备导入；
- 完成分配的其他任务；
- 遵守各项安全规定和开展安全相关的工作。
Qualifications for the role
- 机电一体化专业，本科及以上学历；
- 熟悉PLC程序方面的设备故障排除与编程等；
- 具备ABB机器人调试和程序应用，以及故障排除经验的优先；
- 具备设备TPM相关的经验和项目管理经验；
- 熟练使用办公软件；
- 具备良好的沟通协调能力和团队精神；
- 英文读写良好、具备基本英语听说能力；
- 具备Lean 6 Sigma相关知识与经验为佳；
- 5年以上相关工作经验；
- 可适应加班和临时进厂现场维修设备，快速响应生产订单和敏捷组织的需求；
- 能独当一面独立处理问题，同时处理多任务，抗压能力强。
