Your role and responsibilities
As an eCommerce Specialist at ABB, you will play a critical role in managing and optimizing our digital commerce platforms to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Your key responsibilities will include:
Platform Management: Administer and maintain ABB's eCommerce platforms, with primary focus on Adobe Commerce (Magento), ensuring optimal performance, security, and user experience
Technical Implementation: Configure, customize, and deploy Adobe Commerce solutions, including extensions, themes, and integrations with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, PIM)
Content Management: Utilize Adobe Experience Manager and other Adobe Creative Cloud tools to create, manage, and optimize product content, promotional campaigns, and landing pages
Performance Optimization: Monitor site performance, conduct A&B testing using Adobe Target, and implement improvements to increase conversion rates and reduce cart abandonment
Analytics and Reporting: Leverage Adobe Analytics to track KPIs, generate insights on customer behavior, and provide data-driven recommendations for business growth
Catalog Management: Maintain product catalogs, pricing, inventory synchronization, and merchandising strategies across multiple markets and customer segments
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with IT, marketing, sales, and business units to align eCommerce initiatives with overall business objectives
Vendor Coordination: Manage relationships with Adobe and third-party solution providers, oversee platform upgrades, and ensure compliance with best practices
Customer Experience: Continuously enhance the digital customer journey through personalization, improved navigation, and streamlined checkout processes
Qualifications for the role
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Marketing, or related field
3-5 years of hands-on experience with Adobe Commerce (Magento 2.x), including platform administration and customization. Added benefit of having experience with other eCommerce platforms like Salesforce Commerce, SAP Commerce, Shopify, Big Commerce, etc.
Strong proficiency with Adobe Experience Cloud products (Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Experience Manager)
Demonstrated expertise in eCommerce best practices, including SEO, conversion optimization, and user experience design
Technical skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL; experience with APIs and web services integration would be a nice skillset to have, but not required.
Adobe Commerce Developer or Adobe Certified Expert certification preferred, but not required.
Experience with B2B eCommerce platforms and complex pricing/catalog structures is highly desirable
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools
Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies
Experience in industrial, electrical, or manufacturing sectors is a plus
