This Position reports to:

Your role and responsibilities (Mandatory)

In this role, you will have the opportunity to plan, direct, and monitor all activities in the warehouse. Each day, you will develop and manage warehouse operations to effectively control the receipt, storage, picking, and dispatch of products, systems, and services to customers. You will also showcase your expertise by proposing and managing the annual warehouse budget.

The work model for the role is: onsite

You will be mainly accountable for:
  • Warehouse Management: Plan and supervise daily warehouse activities (receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping), sustaining a high operation efficiency; Ensure compliance with safety, inventory accuracy, and operational standards.
  • Logistics Optimization: Design and optimize transportation routes, select and manage 3PL partners (carriers, freight forwarders); actively prepare the Customs pre-classification for new materials created by NPI projects; monitor on-time delivery rate and reduce logistics costs.
  • Inventory Control: Implement inventory management system (WMS) when possible, conduct regular stock checks, monitor the inactive stock/material, prevent overstock/shortage, and optimize inventory turnover rate.
  • Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in warehouse/logistics processes, lead lean improvement projects (e.g., 5S, process automation), apply OA/BI solutions to improve/simplify the process.; enhance operational efficiency.
  • Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure compliance with local & global regulations (customs, transportation safety); develop contingency plans for supply chain disruptions (e.g., natural disasters, labor shortages).
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage warehouse/logistics teams; set performance goals, conduct evaluations, and improve team productivity and morale.


Qualifications for the role (Mandatory)
  • Education background: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Working experience: At least 6 years of warehouse and logistics management experience in manufacturing, retail, or e-commerce; proficiency in WMS/ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
  • Familiar with logistics software, data analysis tools, and transportation management systems (TMS)
  • Knowledge of lean logistics principles
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and cost-control abilities
  • Excellent cross-departmental communication and leadership skills.
  • Fluent English speaking and good in writing
  • Taking responsibility, ownership and making decision with risk
  • Ability to work under pressure and be self-motivated
