Your Role and Responsibilities

We are looking for a colleague for the position of internal logistics specialist in our instrument transformers and sensors unit in Brno, who will be responsible for managing logistics operations in the finished goods warehouse and shipping department.

The position is also suitable for junior candidates who want to gain experience in the field of logistics.

The work model for the role is: onsite

This role is contributing to the instrument transformers and sensors unit in ELDS, Brno.

  • Work in the shipping office and finished product warehouse.

  • Prepare delivery documents.

  • Receive and issue materials from the warehouse.

  • Purchase packaging materials, including communication with suppliers.

  • Cooperation with order management for partial deliveries from the warehouse.

  • Optimization and improvement of logistics processes to ensure a smooth and efficient flow of products through the finished goods warehouse and shipping department.

  • Monitoring and compliance with legal and internal regulations in the area of warehousing and shipping, including occupational health and safety and environmental protection.

Qualifications for the Role

  • High school education

  • MS Office, knowledge of SAP is an advantage

  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to solve problems and improve processes

  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external partners

  • Ability to cooperate with other departments
