You have experience optimizing planning and fulfillment processes and want to take responsibility for managing LPG inventory and supply chains? You will be mainly accountable for:

  • Manage and develop local planning teams, ensuring organizational capability, strong performance, and high engagement in line with business and HR objectives.

  • Take full accountability for LPG inventory management and material flows, driving optimization initiatives, maintaining appropriate stock levels, and ensuring high customer service performance. Identify and implement process improvements within planning and fulfillment operations.

  • Own the LPG supply planning process, ensuring alignment of capacity plans with S&OP objectives.

  • Identify capacity constraints and recommend short- and long-term solutions, including mitigation measures to eliminate bottlenecks.

  • Lead improvement projects focused on enhancing productivity, digitalization, sustainability, and overall operational performance.

Qualifications for the role:

  • Relevant degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Supply Chain Management as a Planning Manager or in a comparable role.

  • Strong expertise in SAP PP/MM, advanced Excel and Power BI skills, and solid understanding of manufacturing and supply chain processes.

  • Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, strong communication skills, highly organized and team-oriented, with focus on best-practice sharing and supporting business growth.

  • Strong customer orientation and solid knowledge of inventory, logistics, and procurement processes.

  • German proficient in spoken and written communication; English: fluent in spoken and written communication.
