This Position reports to:
Financial Planning & Analysis - ManagerIn this role, you will have the opportunity to collect, analyze, and interpret financial data. Each day, you will update budgets and forecasting models and identify trends and problems. You will also showcase your expertise by communicating insights and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance and optimize business outcomes.

This role is contributing to the B&R division which is coming under PA in Bangalore, India. Main stakeholders are central controlling team from onsite.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Perform financial analysis against plan and forecast, manage month‑end closing activities, and prepare MIS reports for respective business functions.
- Working with the other financial professionals in Divisions / Hubs / Countries/ functions to understand and analyze the drivers of financial performance. Analysis of overhead under / over absorption indicating root cause.
- Conduct cost/benefit analysis, inventory and NWC reviews, and prepare ad‑hoc reports to support business needs.
- Support financial reporting, business planning, forecasting, and audits while ensuring accuracy of data through reconciliations and exception reviews.
- Implement process improvements and controls, develop automated solutions, maintain audit trails and SOPs, and drive standardization across units.
- Optimize own performance to increase productivity by developing automated solutions, eliminating duplications, coordinating information requirements. Identify areas for process / report standardization across different countries, divisions and business units.
Qualifications for the role
- Up to 3 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis.
- Qualified degree in CMA, or MBA.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a thorough, detail‑oriented approach.
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English.
- Hands‑on experience in SAP FICO modules (preferred).
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams across different countries.
