Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for the sales of products/systems/services within a designated market/division, in line with the division strategy. Each day, you will achieve both qualitative and quantitative sales targets to ensure sustainable order growth, revenues, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction. You will also showcase your expertise by identifying and developing new sales opportunities.
The work model for the role is: #Li-Onsite.
The role will support for the Electrification Smart Building Business, to be based at Hyderabad, India.
You will be mainly accountable for:
Communicate delivery timelines, payment terms, and commercial conditions to customers in alignment with ABB’s offerings and strategy.
Execute efficient marketing activities and clearly articulate ABB’s value proposition to customers.
Identify and develop new market opportunities within the assigned territory while supporting sales processes, administrative tasks, cash collection, and project management needs.
Coordinate business development with builder end users for residential and commercial projects, including product approvals, mock-ups, and related engagement activities.
Qualifications for the role:
Diploma or BE in Electrical & Electronics.
8–15 years of experience in the switchgear industry.
Comprehensive understanding of low-voltage switchgear products.
Demonstrated leadership through strategic business development accomplishments.
Demonstrated ability in relationship management with key stakeholders and customers.
Skilled in written and verbal communication.
Ability to support strategic commercial objectives and growth initiatives.
