This Position reports to:

Manufacturing Process/Continuous Improve

In this role, you will be contributing to the Process Automation Measurement & Analytics division and will have the opportunity to perform various duties to support production process utilizing continuous improvement processes.

The work model for the role is onsite in Bartlesville, OK. #LI-Onsite

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Support the development and optimization of production processes to meet cost, quality, and safety targets.

• Define process sequences for new production lines and assist in equipment selection.

• Identify improvement opportunities and contribute to projects that enhance productivity and reduce costs.

• Collaborate with production teams during equipment start-up and provide technical support.

• Evaluate new technologies and participate in testing activities to drive innovation.

Qualifications for the role:

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering

• Previous internship or co-op experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting preferred.

• Familiarity with manufacturing processes, equipment, or lean principles (coursework or internship experience is a plus).

• Commitment to safety, integrity, and continuous learning.

• Up to 5% domestic travel may be required
