This role sits within ABB's Robotics business, a leading global robotics company. We're entering an exciting new chapter as we’ve announced the plan for SoftBank Group to acquire ABB Robotics. Your Role & Responsibilities
As a Talent Partner, you will play a key role in building the team that drives our next phase of technology-led growth. Every day, you will collaborate closely with HRBPs and hiring managers to ensure effective sourcing and recruitment strategies.
Partner with hiring managers to define requirements, create recruitment strategies, and select the right talent.
Work closely with HR Business Partners.
Focus on technical and manufacturing positions – engineers, technologists, project managers, leadership roles, as well as shop-floor roles (mechanics, electromechanics, preparers, etc.).
Actively collaborate with recruitment agencies.
Contribute to employer branding activities and represent ABB Robotics at job fairs and events.
Provide reporting and analysis of recruitment processes.
Work with systems such as Workday, Teamio, and our internal ticketing system.
Work model: Hybrid (3 days in office / 2 days remote) Reporting line: Lead HR Manager (direct) and Head of TA & Learning (functional)
What We Expect
Education: Secondary/University (field not decisive – passion for recruitment is what matters).
Languages: Fluent Czech/Slovak (native level) and English B1/B2 (meetings, internal communication, interviews).
Strong sourcing skills and knowledge of modern recruitment tools/platforms.
Ability to adapt quickly to a growing digital ecosystem.
Practical, proactive, results-oriented mindset – comfortable working in a fast-changing environment.
Excellent relationship-building and consulting skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and provide clear, data-driven insights.
Advantage: Experience with SAP, Workday, Teamio.
2–5 years of experience in talent acquisition or HR.
