This Position reports to:
Sales Operations ManagerIn this role, you will have the opportunity to provide technical, order, and payment-related assistance/support to the internal and external customers. Each day, you will coordinate with relevant stakeholders to obtain complete case ownership. You will also showcase your expertise by improving customer satisfaction.
The work model for the role is: hybrid
This role is contributing to the MONM in CENTRAL REGION.
You will be mainly accountable for:
Customer Issue Resolution: Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and other teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
Technical & Cost-Effective Solutions: Support Sales and customers in identifying the most appropriate and cost-effective solutions.
Order & Quotation Management: Handle inbound inquiries (phone, email, web) for electrical motors; manage the full process from quote to order to shipment.
Lost Proposal Analysis: Analyze lost proposals, identify root causes, and recommend actions to improve future outcomes in collaboration with Sales and Business Units.
Customer Relationship Management: Build trust and maintain strong relationships through proactive communication and issue status updates.
Request Coordination: Recommend solutions and coordinate internally to ensure end-to-end handling of customer requests (production, scheduling, pricing, invoicing, etc.).
Performance Tracking: Monitor promised ship dates and track sales performance against targets; prepare and analyze forecasts and relevant statistics.
Continuous Improvement: Share insights with management to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications for the role
Education & Experience: Post-secondary education in a related field or equivalent relevant experience. Candidates with 3+ years of inside sales experience and a strong technical background in electrical motors are highly valued, even without formal education.
Industry Knowledge: Experience in the industrial motors sector is highly valued; SAP and logistics knowledge are considered assets.
Skills & Competencies: Excellent organizational, communication, listening, and presentation skills; ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to change, and deliver results.
Professional Standards: Commitment to high ethical standards in a diverse workplace; strong proficiency in verbal and written communication.
