This Position reports to:

Business Communications Manager


ABB Installation Products is seeking a Digital Communications Manager with webmaster expertise who can create strategic website plans and roll up their sleeves to execute those plans to drive customer engagement and revenue growth.

This role is open to remote candidates (#LI-Remote) with a preference for someone located around Atlanta, GA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work across the division and collaborate with other divisions for the online transformation of websites to the new Adobe platform.

  • Integrate SEO and tools to optimize search results and leverage analytics to drive continuous improvement of the results. Create and maintain dashboards and reporting to track performance and drive changes to improve performance including the integration of AI-driven analytics to track performance. Liaise with Business Intelligence to enhance reporting. Connect to and leverage digital marketing best practices, industry trend and emerging AI applications, serving as the go-to resource for digital trends and innovation.

  • Act as primary owner of website for the division. Work across the division with product management, marketing and communications teams to update content and drive new content enhancements and digital campaigns. Execute needed changes to the website and create new pages, hands on, for landing pages, content, etc. Stay updated on digital web space to share best practices, industry trends and AI applications, and leverage tools to improve performance.

  • Write web content working with subject matter experts across the division. Obtain approvals on content from subject matter experts and align with ABB Brand standards.


Background/Skills Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, communications or related field, or applicable work experience aligned with role requirements.

  • 8+ years of digital marketing and/or webmaster experience

  • Strong understanding of information display and hierarchy.

  • Excellent skills in digital media, illustration, typography, and layout.

  • Proven ability to identify and interpret graphic and digital design needs and develop creative and responsive design concepts.

  • Ability to read and interpret technical information in order to translate to marketing-oriented content.

  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager web platform.

  • Ability to leverage and interpret AI-driven insights into strategies that optimize campaigns and clicks.

  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, writing, and technical skills. Flexibility to adapt to changing needs, multiple priorities and short deadlines.

  • Possess the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines with great attention to detail.

  • Candidates must possess work authorization to work for ABB in the US.

While base salary is determined by things such as the successful applicant’s qualifications and experience, this position is expected to pay between $116,200 and $185,920 annually and is eligible for a short-term incentive plan/annual bonus.
