This Position reports to:

In this role as HUB Financial Analyst, you will have the opportunity to lead financial processes and transactions to optimize financial performance within the ELSP Americas HUB (6 factories and 3 Distribution Centers). Each day, you will support effective business decisions by monitoring, analyzing, and interpreting financial data to evaluate various business alternatives. You will also showcase your expertise by recommending the most appropriate business solutions.

The work model for the role is: onsite.
This role is open to candidates based in Mexico. You will be reporting to the HUB Controller for the America region, and your main stakeholders will be HUB Controllers and Plant Managements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contributing to the definition of the finance strategy for your respective factory and manufacturing site.

• Serving as the key partner to factory managers in determining strategy for your own area of responsibility and developing a global business model, aligning with wider strategy, implementing them, and adjusting, as needed.

• Translating the finance strategy into business plans and establishing measurable targets and overseeing the business planning and forecasting process for your area of responsibility.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.

• Proven experience in financial planning, analysis, and strategy development within a manufacturing or industrial environment.

• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills; capable of partnering with factory managers and cross-functional teams to align strategic goals.

• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting tools (e.g., Excel, SAP, Power BI).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt plans based on changing business needs.
