This Position reports to:
Product Manager
We are looking for an experienced professional, who will be responsible for leading the global roll‑out of digital sales processes, ensuring successful onboarding and adoption of platforms and solutions across all Local Sales Units and Sales Support Teams. Acting as the central point of contact, the position drives change management from planning through execution, including preparation, go‑live, and hypercare, while coordinating stakeholders and resources to secure alignment and commitment. The role calls for clear communication, solid change-management skills, and an entrepreneurial, hands-on approach, paired with a human touch to ensure professional adoption of digital solutions.

The role is contributing to the Motion IEC Low Voltage Motors division globally.
You will be mainly accountable for:
Global roll‑out leadership: Drive implementation of digital sales processes across all Local Sales Units and Sales Support Teams worldwide.
Change management accountability: Own the entire change cycle—from planning and preparation to execution, go‑live, hypercare, adoption tracking, closure and documented lessons learned to improve next roll out.
Stakeholder and resource coordination: Manage Local Sales Unit leaders, subject matter experts, regional sales management, and support teams to secure plan, readiness and commitment for each roll‑out.
Communication and reporting: Act as the central contact point, ensure transparent plans and actions, facilitate meetings, be clear and consistent.
Qualifications for the role
Minimum 7-10 years of experience in working with sales-related tools.
Experience in at least some of the key digital B2B sales capabilities; sales specifications, sales configurators, product configuration, pricing, quotation (CPQ) and CRM processes.
Hands-on working experience with software roll-outs and/or business change management.
Project management in context of business process digitalization.
Background in industrial product sales, electric motors sales and having worked in a sales administration role is a plus.
Solid change and project management skills are essential.
Mindset and skills to create trust when influencing in different parts of the organization.
Ability to work in a multi-cultural matrix organization, self-managed, solution-oriented mindset.
