This Position reports to:

Operations Manager

Your Role and Responsibilities ：

Work model: onsite

Take the responsibility of successful execution/delivery of assigned project(s) on-time, within budget, as per Contract Agreement, with on-quality & safety framework of ABB and good customer experience.

Full-cycle Project execution by leading project team from contract award until final acceptance and payment collection get done.

Support & Participate in the project proposal phase with sales/proposal team on technical solution/cost and risk assessment/supplier pool set-up and certificate.

Plans, monitors and controls project activities&progress in terms of cost budgets, resource efficiency, risk management and Health, Safety & Environment (HSE).

Considers close out activities and influences for an early close out/ Identifies and shares lessons learned.

Always seeks to improve customer satisfaction and feedback through consistent customer interaction.

Awareness of risks of negative impact on margin, performance and risk factors; lead and cowork with cross-function/supplier pool to mitigate/solve.

Presents an account of project status/issues in project reviews.

Reports progress to customer and other stake holders with appropriate detail for desired understanding.

Indentifies opportunities and actively pursues OCR in order to obtain additional sales, increase margin and to lower risk exposure.

Work actively with suppliers to obtain overall best possible purchase, in cooperation with SCM.

Reviews status of critical suppliers’ progress and include in overall schedule.

Ensures the proper application of ABB’s supplier qualification process.

Lives up to ABB’s core values of safety and integrity.

Qualifications for the Role：

Bachelor or above, More than 3 years’ system project management experience in industry (lab automation is preferred; site management experience is preferred).

Good communication in English both in written and oral.

Customer minded person with strong interpersonal and people management skills

Outstanding planning & organizing skills.

Result oriented and stress resistant person, willing to take risk and responsibility to help the business growth.

Good team worker, leading and coordination on Cross-cultural people team working.

Demonstrated experience in management of project scope, cost, schedule, suppliers and so on.

Good knowledge of MS Office and MS Project

PMI certificate is required.
