This Position reports to:
Senior Engineering Manager
Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to manage a team of designers/engineers to deliver high quality, cost effective, and timely engineering solutions to customers. Each day, you will formulate plans and allocate resources to meet the agreed contractual and financial targets. You will also showcase your expertise by initiating, coordinating, driving, and overseeing team development and continual improvement of processes and procedures to strengthen the engineering and design capability.
This role is contributing to the EL Smart Power business in Xiamen China.
You will be mainly accountable for:

You will be mainly accountable for:
- 管理数据中心和船舶行业项目工程团队日常工作
了解团队成员的负荷，合理安排项目电气/机械设计任务，必要时需要与不同团队沟通和协调资源
把控团队设计质量和准时率，缩短项目执行周期，完成团队和部门设计指标
推动团队项目设计成本节约
团队建设以及人才的规划和培养 - 协助和协调与其他部门的配合

- 良好的服务意识
- 有较强的沟通能力以及开放包容的态度
- 持续自我学习动力
- 良好的问题分析和决策能力
- 抗压能力，能够应对来自不同职能和项目的压力
- 成长型思维，敢于改变固有模式，提出更有创意、竞争力的解决方案
- 5年及以上项目工程部工作经验
- 良好的英语能力以及汇报总结技巧
