In this role, you will operate as a strategic advisor to the business, directly supporting local HRBPs within your Cluster (Poland, Baltics, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Slovenia) while working under the functional guidance of our Head of TA. You will manage each recruitment as a structured project—ensuring clarity, pace, and high standards at every step—while helping the business secure the skills needed to fuel innovation and scale.

The work model for this role is: hybrid

This role reports to Cluster HR Business Partner Eastern Europe, and Functionally to Head of TA and Learning and will be based in Poland.

You will be mainly accountable for:

Your primary responsibility is to enable and empower hiring managers — facilitating every step of the recruitment process and ensuring each search is executed with consistency and measurable results.

  • Leading each recruitment as a structured project—acting as the project manager for every hire to ensure clarity, pace, and high-quality delivery. You will guide hiring managers throughout the entire process, provide professional guidance, and ensure a high-quality candidate experience. Suc-cess measured by time-to-hire, hiring manager satisfaction, candidate NPS, and delivery against agreed hiring plans.
  • Ensuring consistent, high-quality recruitment processes by facilitating all key steps, maintaining data accuracy, applying TA standards, and identifying improvements that our new operating model. Measured through data quality scores, process adherence, and audit readiness.
  • Building deep, productive partnerships with HRBPs and hiring managers, advising them on talent insights, market dynamics, and best practices to ensure aligned decisions and effective hiring outcomes. Measured through stakeholder feedback, informative talent insights, and quality of hire.
  • Providing timely market and talent intelligence to support agile decision-making across your Cluster and the broader people function. Measured through the accuracy, frequency, and im-pact of insights shared with business leaders.

Qualifications for the role:

  • Solid experience in end-to-end recruitment within technology, robotics, IS, engineering, or other innovation-driven industries.
  • Running recruitment as a project—ensuring structure, timelines, stake-holder alignment, and delivery in complex or transformation-oriented environments.
  • Proficient sourcing capabilities and familiarity with modern TA tools with the ability to thrive within a growing digital ecosystem.
  • Motivated and results-focused mindset—comfortable operating with pace, change, and ambiguity in a carve-out context.
  • Strong relationship-building and advisory skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders and provide clear, data-driven insights.
  • Min 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or HR
  • Fluent in Polish and proficient English skills. Knowledge of any additional Eastern European languages
