• Leading a functional work team of 8+ Senior Process and Technical Specialists - CFIN/SAP 4 Key Users (JG12) and Process Specialists (JG13) within O2C focused on the accurate, and timely completion of accounting transactions and improvement implementation across the global scope of O2C for cash application and collection covering 54+ countries.
• Engaging with business leaders, O2C Delivery Lead and partners to understand processes, needs, challenges and ensures delivery of solutions, and/or issue resolution during regular process reviews.
• Managing involvement of the Process Excellence Team as Subject Matter Experts (SME) for CFIN and SAP4HANA to assist in curriculum development – including revisions to existing course content and new material creation.
• Delivering service of the Team as 1st level of support for end users technical / process issues, answering questions, enabling/documenting solutions and/or escalating as appropriate.
• Acting as a change agent within the O2C global organization, guiding teams across different locations through the change management process to ensure successful adoption of new processes within cash application and collection.
• Driving innovation by challenging existing processes and exploring new approaches to achieve superior outcomes.
• Fully manage human resource planning & administration, selection, development, and periodic performance review of team members.

• You are highly skilled in SAP4HANA and CFIN, and enjoy working with these tools in the finance and accounting sector.
• You have established skills in analytical thinking, with a passion for understanding complex scenarios and developing creative solutions.
• You possess an enhanced knowledge of MS Office, Power BI, and VBA.
• You are passionate about the O2C (Order to Cash) end-to-end process and have an excellent understanding of it.
• You have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• You are proficient in business English and have excellent communication skills.
• You are passionate about team handling, delegation, and fostering a collaborative and conflict-resolving approach to stakeholder management.
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and handle different initiatives concurrently, while creating a learning atmosphere among team members and leveraging networks within the organization.
