This Position reports to:

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead technical expertise assignments of medium complexity. Each day, you will contribute to the development of technical expertise solutions and services. You will also showcase your expertise by participating in the creation of technical expertise business strategy.

The work model for the role is: Hybrid #LI-Hybrid

  • Leading the architecture design of Integrated Control and Safety Systems (ICSS) including DCS, SIS, PMS, historian, and third-party package integration, using industrial communication protocols such as Modbus, OPC UA, Profibus / Profinet, IEC 61850, and Ethernet/IP.

  • Designing and developing high-availability OT network architectures, utilizing redundancy and resiliency strategies based on RSTP, MRP, HSR, and PRP.

  • Leading OT cybersecurity architecture and compliance activities, ensuring system designs align with IEC 62443 requirements
    and industry best practices.

  • Providing technical leadership on ABB 800xA system including system installation, engineering, configuration, integration,
    and troubleshooting of various ICSS subsystems.

  • Acting as the technical authority throughout the project lifecycle, supporting FEED, detailed engineering, FAT/SAT, commissioning, and stakeholder coordination


Qualifications for the role

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or technology with a major in Electrical or Electronics.

  • At least 10 years of experience in the design, engineering, and commissioning of ICSS systems, preferably within Oil & Gas projects.

  • Enjoy working in a multi-cultural and global environment

  • Self-motivated and self-driven, with a strong sense of ownership and drive for business growth and customer satisfaction.

  • Good communication skills, fluent in English, both written and verbal.

  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders at local and global levels.
