Your role and responsibilities
You will be mainly accountable for:

- Member of R&D system test team.
- Participate in the review of requirements and design documents from the system testing perspective.
- Collaborate with the developers and test experts to formulate test cases based on product requirement specifications, functional specifications and other relevant regulations.
- Build and maintain dedicated test environments and platforms for servo system and ensure the reliability of test environments.
- Execute test cases from the perspective of end-users and industry application scenarios.
- Record product failures during the testing process and support the debugging work together with developers.
- Summarize test results, compile system test reports and formally archive the final test results.
- Participate in cross-function project collaboration, provide technical support for on-site application problems of products.
- Comply with health and safety regulations during the testing process and ensure the safe operation of test equipment and sites.
- Complete other tasks assigned by the line manager according to business requirements.
Qualifications for the role
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, Computer Science and Technology is required.
- More than 5 years of working experience in servo system testing or industrial automation product testing.
- Solid understanding of servo system functions and application knowledge.
- Experience with AGILE development and testing processes.
- Familiar with one or more industrial fieldbuses (e.g., EtherCAT, Profinet, Modbus, etc.).
- Good English and Chinese communication skills
- Strong teamwork and cooperation skills
- Familiar with the ABB Drives, PLC and Servo products
- Familiar with at least one programming/scripting language (e.g., Python, C#, JS, VB) and experience in developing automated test script.
- International culture
- Lab and safety management experience as a plus
