This Position reports to:
Country Security Manager
Your Role-Own The Challenge:
In this role, you will have the opportunity to act as a trusted business partner across the ABB value chain in managing security for your assigned area of responsibility. Each day, you will ensure the effectiveness of security, crisis, and emergency response capabilities. You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring that the security standards, processes, and procedures are in place to address any relevant potential security threats.
The work model for the role is: onsite
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Managing risk and security threats within your area of responsibility through consistent implementation of company-wide security and resilience programs, policies, and processes.
- Driving security management governance that is aligned with both the respective organizational business goals/models and the global security strategy and objectives.
- Advising on the response to security-related incidents and potential/actual crisis events within the area of responsibility, in coordination with the lead business and other stakeholders.
- Providing expert advice on all security risk mitigation measures and crisis response mechanisms.
What It Takes To Run What Runs The World
- You are highly skilled in physical security management, risk assessment methodologies, and crisis coordination, you enjoy working with corporate security and compliance sector. Multinational Exposure is preferred.
- Ability to demonstrate advanced experience in security operations, compliance frameworks, and incident management, with 8+ years of experience in the Security field.
- Working as Country Security Manager or similar leadership role, with integrated security systems and access control technologies.
- Possess an enhanced knowledge of international security standards (ICoCA, UNGP, Voluntary Principles) and qualified in security risk management platforms.
- You are passionate about stakeholder engagement, leadership, and continuous improvement, and innovative around project management and compliance strategies.
- Degree in Security Management, Risk Management, or related discipline is really welcome, with a demonstrated track record in physical security and human rights compliance.
- You are at ease communicating in English
