This Position reports to:

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the execution of small projects with low complexity. Each day, you will ensure that all related activities are executed in accordance with procedures, regulations, standards, specifications and targets. You will also showcase your expertise by defining and applying basic project scheduling techniques to manage schedule risks proactively.

The work model for the role is: Hybrid #LI-Hybrid

This role is contributing to the Electrification Distribution Solution in ABB.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Leading the project team allocated to the project.

• Monitoring and controlling project progress, efficient resource utilization, and project financials.

• Identifying, qualifying, quantifying, managing project risk, and ensuring all opportunities are identified and pursued.

• Involves in continuous improvement and simplification. Ensures compliance with relevant cybersecurity regulations, standards, and contractual requirements. Supports in improving guidelines, tools, and templates

• Driving the formal acceptance of the project, contract close-out, and acknowledgment by the customer, all in accordance with the contract.

Qualifications for the role

• A Bachelor’s Degree in electrical/mechanical engineering or related technical area.

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in project management / order execution

• Extensive knowledge of electrical design in Medium Voltage products, especially in switchgear and secondary compact substation, is favorable

• Attention to detail, self-starter, proactive, ability to learn, good interpersonal skills, and result-oriented, good negotiation and problem-solving skills.

• You are at ease communicating in Vietnamese and English.
