This Position reports to:

Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to collect and analyze financial metrics. Each day, you will identify trends and problems and communicate information to relevant groups. You will also showcase your expertise by recommending actions to improve financial performance of the specific factory/manufacturing site.
The work model for the role is: hybrid
This role is contributing to the BL Power Distribution in ELSP Division in Italy. Main stakeholders are the team members of Manufacturing Unit in Frosinone.

This role is contributing to the BL Power Distribution in ELSP Division in Italy. Main stakeholders are the team members of Manufacturing Unit in Frosinone.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Analyzes business performance versus plan and recommends improvement actions, including KPI benchmarking against competitors and other ABB sites.
- Leads financial analyses to identify performance drivers and market trends.
- Prepares financial models for various scenarios, focusing on product/business line profitability, costing, production variances, and inventory/absorption analyses.
- Supports financial reporting, business planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Ensures accuracy of financial and business data through reconciliations and exception reviews.
- Provides management with insights by compiling data, preparing reports, and presenting analyses and recommendations.
- Enhances productivity by developing automation solutions, removing duplications, and coordinating information flows.
- Ensures proper processes, controls, and documentation are maintained in line with organizational requirements and audit standards.
Qualifications for the role
- You have 2–5 years of experience in Controlling, Reporting, Accounting, or a similar finance function, ideally in an international environment.
- You possess strong knowledge of financial analysis, including balance sheet review, reconciliations, accruals, margins, cost analysis, and cash flow.
- You enjoy working on process improvements, standardization, and enhancing reporting or file structures.
- You have very good Excel skills; experience with financial systems and automation tools is an advantage.
- You hold a university degree in Finance, Controlling, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills in English (required) and Italian (required).
- You are detail‑oriented, proactive, and able to work independently while managing multiple deadlines.
- You are skilled at summarizing complex data and collaborating with various stakeholders.
