Your role and responsibilities
In this role you will have the opportunity to lead and shape the HR Operations Service Delivery in Turkiye. Each day, you will ensure operational excellence and compliance together with your team. You will also showcase your expertise by driving continuous improvements, implementing HR initiatives locally, and enhancing employee experience.
The work model for the role is: {hybrid}
This role is contributing to the HR Operations Function in the Southern Europe Cluster. Main stakeholders are HR Operations in the HUBs in Krakow and Bangalore, Country HR Manager, HRBPs, HR Experience and other HR Functions, Business Leaders.
You will be mainly accountable for:
Leading the HR Operations Front Office team to ensure delivery of consistent, customer‑focused and excellent HR Operations services.
Delivering end‑to‑end HR Operations services by overseeing HR contact center activities as well as employee life-cycle, compensation and benefits, time & absence as well as payroll processes.
Monitoring operational performance and ensuring compliance through effective KPI management, control mechanisms, audits, and adherence to policies, legal requirements, and data protection standards.
Contributing to global and local continuous improvement initiatives by driving process optimization, implementing best practices, and supporting the execution of transformation projects aligned with ABB’s HR strategy.

Qualifications for the role
You are highly skilled in HR Operations, shared services methodologies, service delivery models, and continuous improvement tools and enjoy working with HR process transformation in the industrial/technology sector.
You have 7+ years of experience in HR operations or HR service delivery, with experience in leading a team and driving process excellence.
You possess an enhanced knowledge of HRIS platforms, payroll systems, case management tools, and compliance frameworks (GDPR, SOX).
You are passionate about human resources, customer service excellence, stakeholder management, and driving change.
Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field with a strong track record of delivering HR operational outcomes.
You are at ease communicating in Turkish and English.
You hold required work permits/licenses valid in Turkiye.
