This Position reports to:

HR Operations Team Lead


Your role and responsibilitiesIn this role you will have the opportunity to deliver high-quality C&B services, ensuring compliance with global and local policy requirements and contributing to process improvements within an international environment. You will also showcase your expertise by enhancing accuracy, improving efficiency, and supporting the HR Team Leader in optimizing processes for a seamless employee experience.

The work model for the role is: hybridThis role is contributing to the HR Operational Services in Kraków.

You will be mainly accountable for:
  • Participating in key Compensation & Benefits processes, including the annual salary review, annual incentive plan, and the preparation of regular and ad‑hoc remuneration and benefits reports.
  • Preparing, updating and maintaining internal C&B policies, regulations and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance across the organization.
  • Managing data inputs and validation through data uploads, interfaces, and manual entries, performing checks to resolve issues and maintain accuracy.
  • Driving continuous improvement in C&B processes by supporting the HR Team Leader in identifying and implementing efficiency enhancements.

Qualifications for the role:
  • You have over 2 years of experience in C&B processes for companies with over 1 000 employees.

  • You are highly skilled in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and have experience working with HR systems. Exposure to SAP tools is a strong plus.

  • Experience in payroll and polish labor law knowledge is a plus.

  • Possess an enhanced knowledge of HR Shared Services operations, with previous experience in a global company being a strong advantage.

  • You are focused on accuracy and efficiency, demonstrating analytical skills, attention to detail, and a motivated problem-solving mindset.

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, reflecting a solid educational background.

  • You are at ease communicating in English and Polish, ensuring effective collaboration in an international business environment.
