This Position reports to:
Planning & Fulfillment Manager of the Service Spare Parts department.
Your role and responsibilities (Mandatory)
In this role, you will have the opportunity to perform all activities related to the handling, management, and preparation of spare parts, as well as semi‑finished or finished products within the warehouse. Each day, you will be responsible for classifying, organizing, and ensuring the proper preservation of materials, following established guidelines and procedures to guarantee an efficient and safe workflow.
This is an on‑site position.
The role contributes directly to the Spare Parts (Spare Parts Supply) area within the regional Supply Chain, ensuring the receipt, storage, preparation, and dispatch of spare parts required to support our internal and external customers.
Key stakeholders include Service, Production, Planning, Purchasing, Suppliers, and internal customers.Your main responsibilities will include:
- Classifying and organizing spare parts for storage in accordance with established guidelines.
- Performing routine warehouse tasks in line with operational procedures and quality standards.
- Picking and preparing components for shipment, including their final pallet packaging following the corresponding instructions.
- Handling and transporting boxes, containers, and spare parts, ensuring material integrity and adherence to safety regulations.
- Supporting general warehouse activities such as restocking locations, inventory counts, system transactions, and contributing to overall Spare Parts operations.
Qualifications for the role (Mandatory)
- You have established skills in warehouse operations and can demonstrate your experience in material handling, stock accuracy, order preparation, and packaging for shipment.
- You have 2–3 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or spare parts management.
- (OPTIONAL: working as a Warehouse Operator or Material Handler with mechanical spare parts, technical components, and industrial equipment.)
- You are highly adept in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP platforms such as SAP, and digital scanning tools used for inventory registration and traceability.
- You are passionate about attention to detail and operational discipline, and you are innovative around problem‑solving and team collaboration.
- You have a demonstrated track record in logistics or warehouse operations, supported by vocational training or a technical qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Warehouse Operations.
- You are at ease communicating in Spanish and basic English (sufficient for understanding system terminology and internal communication).
- You hold current forklift and pallet‑truck operation licenses valid in Spain, as well as all required H&S workplace certifications.

Our mission is to support Service and After‑Sales operations by maintaining an efficient, reliable, and customer‑focused supply chain that enables uninterrupted service support and maximizes product performance throughout the entire lifecycle.
We work closely with Service, Engineering, Quality, Suppliers, and Logistics to deliver consistent and high‑quality operations across the region.
This position is based in Spain, where our Spare Parts & After‑Sales activities support both national and international service operations, ensuring smooth material flows, standardized processes, and strong collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
