This Position reports to:

In this position, you will be dedicated to leading production improvements for the manufacturing cells within the Measurement & Analytics (PAMA) business segment in Québec.

Reporting to the Production Engineering Supervisor, your objective will be to support the improvement of production tools and deliverables in order to optimize costs, quality, and product delivery times, while determining the pace of work phases and ensuring compliance with allocated material budgets.

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide daily support to operations with the goal of on‑time delivery and meeting quality targets (sales, purchasing, service, and others).

  • Support production by carrying out mechanical design mandates and projects.

  • Suggest improvement ideas and implement them within your technical domain.

  • Support production improvement projects in collaboration with the process specialist.

  • In partnership with other production engineering specialists, support and lead investigations into production issues and their corrective actions.

  • Support the implementation of engineering changes in production, including mechanical models, drawings, and work instructions.

Your Profile

  • College or university studies in mechanical engineering or a related field.

  • English is required to communicate regularly with customers outside Québec. French is also required.

  • Proficiency with tools relevant to your discipline (mechanical: mechanical design such as PTC Creo / Pro‑Engineer).

  • Experience in a manufacturing environment focused on on‑time delivery and operational pressure is an asset.

  • Demonstrate autonomy, a strong sense of responsibility, and ownership.

  • Collaborative, solution‑oriented mindset with strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • An asset: knowledge of Windchill, Atlassian JIRA™, and SAP.
