Key Accounts Manager

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
1. 完成业务目标:根据公司的发展战略,结合业务情况,制定所负责客户的长期及短期营销策略目标,确保销售业绩达成公司预期
2. 做好客户渗透:了解客户的年度发展计划及核心需求;理解客户背景,理念,公司需求及操作流程
3. 制定销售计划:完成所负责客户的年度,季度,月度生意计划及回顾,确保计划的执行落地,及时回顾与调整
4. 维护客户关系:建立和维护超市渠道客户的长期合作关系,通过良好的客户服务来提升客户满意度和忠诚度
5. 费用预算控制:合理规划各客户的费用预算,定期回顾使用进度及效率
6. 内部协调沟通:与公司内各部门保持良好沟通,确保商品在客户端供应顺畅,费用对账核销及时
7. 收集客户反馈:定期收集和总结客户的意见和建议,向公司提供市场反馈,以促进产品和服务的持续改进
8. 竞品研究分析:对同行及竞品进行分析,了解市场动态,为制定有效的市场策略提供支持
QUALIFICATIONS
Education
Education Level: Associates Degree (± 13 years)
Experience/Background
