The Opportunity

This position works out of our São Paulo site in the Vascular business, that provides innovative, minimally invasive, and cost-effective products for treatment of vascular disease.

What You’ll Do

  • Responsible for opening all the SEC´s for all the events that the marketing team organizes in the company for LA South region and also closing the events and SECs properly to accomplish the auditory requirements.

  • Participate actively in the process of contacting HCP´s, contacting a travel agency in the local country where the event will be held and organizing all documentation for events.

  • Effective Budget Management and Monthly Reporting

  • Develop, translate and review promotional materials together, with marketing team.

  • Develop Promotional Materials together with the Marketing Agencies and approve them in Veeva Platform

  • Maintain a directory and inventory of sales support materials, ensuring all resources are current and accurate, and coordinate the creation of new materials as needed.

  • Responsible for obsolete promotional materials that can no longer be used in the region, as requested by the marketing.

  • Assist the Marketing Manager in the development and implementation of the company´s brand strategy.

  • Monitors and ensures compliance with company policies and procedures.

  • Support the planning and execution of virtual events of the division.

  • Responsible for leading the process of commercial samples from the moment of the requisition until its delivery.

Required Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience in marketing activities in companies of medical devices, pharmaceutical or consumer goods companies

  • Commercial strategies

  • Planning and organization

  • Fluent in Spanish as he/she will work 100% in South LA region (Spanish-speakers only)

  • Good level of English (upper-intermediate).

  • Fluent in Portuguese

  • University Degree in Marketing, administration and other career related of the position.
